Frequently asked
Can I use it indoors?
Yes. The Pro works indoors or outdoors: garage, basement, living room or backyard. It runs on its rechargeable battery, so you don't need an outlet while you hit.
What kind of balls does it use?
It pitches Wiffle® golf balls. 48 come with the machine, in white or yellow. Replacement balls are sold by the dozen, or add our Focus Balls to your training for a greater challenge.
How do I set it up?
Mount it on any standard camera tripod (or ours), load up to 48 balls, then pick your speed, pitch type and 5 or 8 second interval. Our setup videos walk you through it.
What ages is it good for?
From young hitters learning soft toss to high school, college and pro players working on fastballs and curves.
Does it work for softball and baseball?
Yes. Softball and baseball players both use the Personal Pitcher Pro to train their eyes, timing and bat speed.
How long does the battery last?
About 4 hours on a full charge. The AC adapter / charger is included.
What does the warranty cover?
Every machine has a 1-year full coverage warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee (the only cost to you is the original shipping charge). Add the lifetime warranty to cover the motors and wheels, circuit board, plastic housing, ball feeder and motor, and all LED lights. The warranty does not cover the battery, AC adapter or shipping cost.
