We bought our Personal Pitcher In July of 2014. It has performed flawlessly thru the hundreds of thousands pitches it has thrown (especially in the recent months with various lock downs etc..). Then my son dropped the adapter and broke it. Wanting to make sure we had the right part we ordered from Chris and the Personal Pitcher. To our disappointment the first package arrived empty with just the paper receipt. I emailed Chris to let him know and that same day had a reply, a conversation, and a new adapter in the mail. It arrived today, and we are back to full speed and enjoyment of our Personal Pitcher. Thank you Chris for the quality products and the continued support we are lifetime customers for sure!

Right product and proper voltage

This is the right voltage for your battery. I lost my old one and thought I can use any plug and it ended up burning the fuse of my battery pack. Make sure you have the correct one!
